    Photography Notes

Ndutu Plains is internationally recognised for the Great Migration calving season, when vast herds of wildebeest give birth across the nutrient-rich short-grass plains. The abundance of newborn calves attracts lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas, creating some of Africa's finest opportunities to photograph predator behaviour. The open landscape allows clean wildlife compositions, while scattered acacia trees provide classic East African scenery. During the calving season, few locations in Africa offer such consistent wildlife photography opportunities.
