Kogel Bay is a broad coastal bay and beach along Route 44 on the eastern side of False Bay, set between Gordon’s Bay and Pringle Bay. The shoreline is backed by the steep slopes of the Hottentots Holland Mountains and forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. The area is known for its open Atlantic surf, rocky outcrops, and wide views across the bay.
