    Photography Notes

Moremi offers outstanding photographic opportunities throughout the day, although sunrise and late afternoon provide the most rewarding light for wildlife and landscapes. Telephoto lenses are essential for mammals and birds, while a wide-angle lens is valuable for capturing floodplains, dramatic skies and Delta waterways. Wildlife is frequently encountered close to the road network, allowing a wide variety of compositions across changing habitats.
